Recipe: Perfect Chicken Piccata

This is a yummy, lemony treat that will become a family favorite!

1 lb thinly sliced chicken breast (or you can use veal)
1/2 cup flour
2 tbs Natural Grapseed Oil (10229)
3/4 Cup Piccata Sauce (10635)
Salt and Pepper
Optional Sliced Lemon or Butter

Combine 1/2 cup of flour with salt and pepper in a large saute pan
Starting with one tablespoon, using more if necessary
Saute each side until juice runs clear or until desired doneness
Add 3/4 cup of Piccata Sauce allowing it to cover the chicken (or veal) and heat
Be sure to scrape the bottom of the pan as it adds flavor

Transfer chicken mix to a covered serving dish

Serve warm with Wildtree Parmesan Rice (10674) and a garden salad form a complete meal!
