Mexican Morning Scrambler

SERVINGS: 3

INGREDIENTS:

* 4 Eggs
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/2 cup Wildtree Fiesta Salsa Mix (prepared) (10697)
* 1/4 cupMonterey Jack Cheese
* 1/4 cup(shredded) Cheddar cheese
* 1/4 cup Scallions
* Wildtree Jalapeno Pepper Grapeseed Oil (10283)
* 2 tsp Wildtree's Guacamole Seasoning (10569)


PREPARATION:

Mix eggs in a bowl with milk (1/4 cup milk for 4 eggs). Add 2 tsp of guacamole seasoning into batter, along with chopped scallions, plenty of monterey jack and cheddar cheeses and 1/2 cup of salsa (for 4-6 eggs). Heat jalapeno grapeseed oil in pan, and scramble eggs until cheese is melted. Serve piping hot! Why not toast some slices of Jalapeno cheddar beer bread to go with it?
