This is a quick, yummy and healthy Chicken Salad Recipe to add to your meal planner!
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves- cooked and diced
1 stalk celery- diced
4 Green Onions- chopped
1 tsp. Curried Garlic Blend (10680 $8.00 for 3.5 oz jar)
1/3 cup Golden raisens
1/3 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans (or almond slivers)
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and serve!
Serving suggestions:
* Over a bed of lettuce
* In a Pita
* Lettuce wraps
* In a Tortilla or Wrap
* On Toast
* Or just use a spoon!!
