Here is another great recipe for your making gourmet meals out of our Holiday Favorite, Turkey!
Serves 6-8
2 tablespoons European Dipping Oii-Garlic
1 lb turkey tenderloin or ground turkey
1 large yellow onion sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup milk
3/4 cup water
1 bag Wiltree Stroganoff Skillet Meal Mix
3 cups wide egg noodles (uncooked)
1/2 cup sour cream
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9" x 13" casserole dish
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over med-high heat
add Turkey and cook until no longer pink
Drain Meat, transfer to a bow and set aside
Add remaining oil to skillet, add onion and saute 3 minutes
Add mushrooms and saute 2 additional minutes
Add milk and water and stir in seasoning
Bring to a simmer
Stir in Turkey and Noodles
Transfer Mixture to prepared casserole dish
Cover with Foil and bake 20 minutes
Stirring at 10 minute mark
Remove from oven
Stir in Sour Cream and let sit 5 minutes before serving
