½ cup WT Festive Cranberry Salsa

1 wheel brie

Phyllo dough

Slice brie wheel into pie slices. Prepare phyllo

dough according to package instructions. Place

sliced brie wheel on phyllo dough. Add Festive

Cranberry Salsa on top of brie. Close dough all

around brie and salsa. Bake at 350° for 12—15

minutes or until lightly brown. Serve with crackers

or apple wedges.
