Recipe: Jalapeno Cheese Ball

JALAPENO CHEESE BALL

8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ tsp. Lemon Juice
½ tsp WT Szechuan or WT Teriyaki Sauce
½ C. Chopped Pecans
2 tbsp. WT Jalapeno

Hydrate Jalapeno Blend in warm water and set
aside until absorbed. Mix softened cream
cheese with lemon juice; blend well. Add cheddar
cheese & WT Jalapeno Blend; mix well.
Form into ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate
for at least 1 hour. Roll the cheese ball in
chopped pecans. Serve with Kashi crackers,
Tortilla Chips, Pita Chips or Wheat Thins.
* Thaw to room temperature before serving.
